Respect Others: 

Treat all players with kindness, respect, and empathy. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Everyone deserves to feel safe and valued in our community.

Cheating Policy: 

We do not condone cheating, using hacks within our games, or exploiting bugs. If you are found to be cheating we may terminate your account or limit your access to certain in game features, depending on the scope of behavior, with or without prior notice.

Respect Privacy: 

Respect the privacy and boundaries of other players. Avoid sharing personal information without consent and refrain from invading others’ privacy, both in-game and in external interactions.

Impersonation:

Do not impersonate other players, community members, or Concrete Software employees. Misleading others by falsely presenting yourself as someone else or as a representative of the company is prohibited. Any such behavior will result in penalties, including potential suspension or termination of your account.

Review Game Rules and Policies:

Familiarize yourself with these’ rules, our terms of service, privacy policy, community guidelines, and adhere to them at all times. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Reporting Violations: 

If you encounter behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the appropriate channels, such as in-game reporting systems or community moderators. Your reports help us maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all players.

Ban Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or implement bans for any  behavior that violates this code of conduct, subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and applicable policies.
