Tapjoy runs the offerwall and handles its offers, tracking, and rewards. Contact Tapjoy directly about a missing reward:
- Open the game's offerwall.
- Tap the three-line button in the upper left.
- Tap Reward Status.
- Tap the offer in question to find the contact options.
You can also use the Tapjoy offerwall contact form.
Tapjoy may need time to respond. Concrete Software cannot verify whether an offer was completed or control which offers are available to each player.
