- Open the game's offerwall and tap the three-line button in the upper left.
- Tap Reward Status.
- Tap the affected offer to find contact options.
- You can also use the Tapjoy support page.
Tapjoy may take time to respond. Concrete Software cannot verify offer completion or control which offers are available to each player.
