Concrete Alley and Cemetery Lanes are promotional venues. Their Bonus mode tournaments are available only during special promotional periods.
Concrete Alley is usually available around August for Concrete Software's anniversary. Cemetery Lanes is usually available in October for Halloween. You must wait for those promotional periods to play them.
