A Team is the group you race with in NHRA Legends of Drag Racing. Wins add Team point stars toward the Weekly Team Challenge. The Captain can turn on Power Hour so a win counts for more.
Weekly Team Challenge
A win adds 1 Team point star. Each member can add up to 50 in a week. The Team total unlocks that week's rewards. You need to be on the Team when the week begins and when it ends to receive them.
The reward tiers, Team size, and what happens if you switch Teams are in What Is the Weekly Team Challenge?.
Power Hour
Power Hour doubles a win from 1 star to 2. The Captain picks the hour and can change it once every 24 hours. The timer is in the upper right of Team Chat. It is the same hour for everyone on the Team.
The rest of the rules are in What Is Power Hour?.
Season points are separate from Team rewards. See How the Season's Pass Works.
