The offerwall is run by a company called Tapjoy. They handle providing, tracking, and rewarding the offers, so you'll want to reach out to them with any issues.
- Open the game's offerwall, then tap the three-line button in the upper left.
- Tap Reward Status.
- Tap the offer in question. You should see options to contact Tapjoy there.
- Alternatively, use the Tapjoy contact form.
It may take some time for Tapjoy to respond to support requests. Tapjoy handles the offerwall information, and Concrete Software cannot verify whether an offer was successfully completed or control which offers are available to players.
