To change Clubhouses, you must leave your current Clubhouse first. Tap the Clubhouse icon in the upper left corner of the Clubhouse screen, then tap Leave at the top. You'll see a Clubhouse search screen where you can find a new Clubhouse, or you can use Leave Clubhouse at the bottom to leave without joining a new one.
If you are the Captain, you will see Adjust instead of Leave. You must promote another player to Captain and be demoted to Co-Captain before the leave option appears. If you are the only member, leaving will disband the Clubhouse.
