The tournament leaderboard can take time to update, so your score may not appear immediately after submission. If you received no error, wait a while, close and reopen the game, then check the tournament leaderboard again.

If the score still does not appear after waiting, or the tournament ends and you cannot claim prizes or rewards, contact Customer Support using the help button in the headset section of Settings. Include your name, email address, and a brief description of what happened.
