What to do if you've lost your save data

Restore a cloud save or give Support the details needed to recover lost progress.

Do not use the Delete Account button. It will not recover save data, and Customer Support cannot recover an account deleted with that button.

PGA TOUR Golf Shootout uses cloud save accounts. Apple devices support Email/Password, Apple, or Game Center. Android supports Email/Password or Google. Only Email/Password works on both Android and Apple.

If you previously used cloud saving, sign back into that account:

  1. Tap the Avatar icon in the upper left corner of the title screen.
  2. Tap the Avatar again on the stats screen.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Review the login options and which one, if any, is active.

An active cloud save option is darker gray and says Currently using instead of Sign in with. If the wrong cloud save option is active, you may need to log out before signing into the correct one.

If signing in does not load your save, or you did not use cloud saving, contact Customer Support through the help button in the headset section of Settings or email support@concretesoftware.com.

Include as much of this information as possible:

  1. The five-digit Player Key for the lost account. It appears at the top after you tap the Avatar on the title screen.
  2. The exact player name as other players saw it, including tags or other characters.
  3. The most recent Clubhouse name, even if you may have since been kicked. Names of other members can help distinguish Clubhouses with the same name.

Support recovers save data by linking it to an email address and sending a password setup link. If you use multiple accounts and your contact email is already in use, provide another email address to link to the recovered save.
