PBA BOWLING CHALLENGE – PETE WEBER MISSOURI CLASSIC TOURNAMENT SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

  2. Sweepstakes Period. The Pete Weber Missouri Classic Tournament Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 14, 2025, and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on February 17, 2025.

  3. How to Enter. Eligible entrants may enter by downloading the PBA Bowling Challenge mobile gaming app, entering the limited-time Pete Weber Missouri Classic Tournament in the PBA Stadium venue, achieving a score of 235 or better, and submitting their email, username, and full name. Gameplay will be tracked by Concrete Software to determine winners.

  4. Eligibility. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Concrete Software, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  5. Authorized Account Holders. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile device used to play the game. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the mobile account number by the wireless carrier.

  6. Prizes. Three (3) winners will each receive 5,000 Gold Pins (in-game currency). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranty or guarantee. All decisions by Concrete Software, Inc. are final.

  7. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Concrete Software, Inc., Edina, MN. The Professional Bowlers Association LLC and Bowlero Corporation are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes.

  8. Taxes. All federal, state, local, and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

  9. Data Charges. Data charges may apply according to entrants’ mobile service agreements.

  10. Jurisdiction and Venue. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. All legal proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota. Entrants waive any right to class action lawsuits.

  11. Limitation of Liability. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage arising from participation. Concrete Software is not responsible for technical errors, equipment malfunctions, or unauthorized interventions.

  12. Termination. Concrete Software reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in case of unforeseen circumstances and to disqualify anyone violating these rules.

  13. Privacy. Entrants’ information will be treated according to these rules and Concrete Software’s Privacy Policy (http://www.concretesoftware.com/web/privacy-policy/).
