If NHRA Legends of Drag Racing crashes, freezes, or closes unexpectedly, try these steps.
Troubleshooting
- Fully close the game and other apps you do not need, then reopen the game. Backgrounding is not the same as fully closing it. On Apple, swipe up from the bottom and hold, then swipe the game off the list. On Android, tap Recent Apps and swipe up on the game.
- If your device allows you to clear the game's cache without clearing data, find NHRA Legends of Drag Racing under Storage or Data Management in the device settings. Do not use Clear Data unless Support instructs you and your save is backed up.
- Check the App Store or Google Play for an update.
- As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall only after confirming your save is backed up or Support instructs you to reinstall.
Before uninstalling, confirm that you can sign into your cloud save through Email/Password, Apple or Game Center on iOS, or Google Play on Android. Email/Password works across Apple and Android.
Contact Support
- On the title screen, tap the gear button in the upper left.
- Tap Settings.
- Open Support and tap Help.
Include when the problem began, how often it happens, where you were in the game, your device model, and operating system version. If you cannot use in-game Help, email support@concretesoftware.com.
