Purchase issues

PGA TOUR Golf Shootout includes optional real-money purchases, such as gold. If you paid but did not receive the items, try the steps below. This applies to purchases through Apple, Google Play, or the Xsolla Web Store. Spending in-game currency is not a real-money purchase.

Troubleshooting

1. If you see prompts about pending purchases, accept those items. This will not charge you again. Pending items are often the missing purchase, even if the number listed does not match what you expect.
2. If you use cloud saving on multiple devices, sign into the same account on another device to see whether the items load there. Cloud save options include Email/Password, Apple/Game Center on iOS, and Google on Android.
3. Make sure you have a strong, stable Internet connection. If you are on cellular data, try Wi-Fi.
4. Fully close the game, restart your device, reopen the game, and check again.

Contact Support

If the items are still missing:

1. On the title screen, tap the blue line button in the upper right corner.
2. Tap the orange Support (headset) button.
3. Use the help/contact option. Include your name, email address, and a brief description of the purchase.

Also include:

• Apple: A description of the items and a copy of the Apple receipt.
• Google Play: The Google Play Order Number, which starts with GPA.
• Xsolla Web Store: The 10-digit Xsolla order number.

Using the in-game help button automatically includes information Support may need.

Refunds

Support cannot refund Apple purchases because Apple handles those payments. To request an Apple refund:

1. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
3. Choose the reason, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you no longer want a subscription, you can also cancel it.
